Question regarding Magpie deposit

I was wondering if someone could help me out. If the Pangang Group does sign on with Fancamp and wants to develop Magpie, are there any issues that could delay the project like the ones plaguing the ROF? I know the Liberal gov. in Qc are pro mining, so I don't see them being an issue, but what about any First nation communities? Are there any near there? If so, and as far as anyone knows, would they pose any issues?
