"Pursuant to the net smelter return royalty agreement, 7013833 may repurchase from Fancamp, at any time, up to 50% of the net smelter return royalty for a total amount of $1,500,000."

NSR is 2% for the first two years. Thereafter, it will be increased to 4%. RGX can repurchase 2% of NSR for 1.5M.
