Thank you for your thorough reply, much appreciated.

Now, would you care to take a swing at what the NSR agreement might mean to Fancamp in terms of real dollars, given Argex's projected output when production gets going in 2017(assuming today's TI02 price)?

Also, wouldn't you expect RGX to buy back the 50% NSR for the $1.5M as soon as possible?
