And its unforunate they don't walk away from the deal. Let's face it, kwg is
-bloated with nearly 1 BILLION shares fully diluted and all they have to show for it is a few drill programs.
- can't raise any money for further exploration or any studies required for black horse
- Federal and Provincial Governments never acknowledge them when referring to the ROF
- Have many court battles with Cliff's and Noront (how many more court battles are they going to have?)
So IMO, it would be a blessing that KWG walked away from this deal. Seeing that Probe shareholders have approved the Goldcorp deal, maybe Bold should approach the new Probe company as a Partner. Afterall Probe will have;
- New Probe to contain:
- Black Creek Deposit
- Tamarack-McFauld's Lake Property
- Victory Property
- C$15 million in cash
-
C$4 million receivable related to the previous sale of a royalty on the Goldex mine; payment is expected in Q2-2015
Also, Goldcorp will hold a 9% interest in New Probe.
