10 million shares worth an additional 46% of magpie?

I read the nr again this morning and noticed that fnc has removed the "without further shareholder dilution" in their "about fancamp" portion of the nr. So essentially fnc has diluted us for 10 million shares but we get an additional 46% of magpie. I think this is pretty huge and worth the 10 million if a) , if Smith can execute

B) these shares are in strong hands

Anyone else care to chime in?
