You can make some calculations.

Pangan has millions of tons at 25% grade.

The process has a recoverbility of 88.5%

For the calculation if will use a conservative 2 million slack tons at 25%

I have found some documentation of the Tio2 price:
"In the week ended 8 May, TiO2 were mostly discussed at $2,300-2,700/tonne CFR (cost and freight) Asia, according to ICIS.

In April, TiO2 prices averaged $2,500/tonne CFR (cost and freight) Asia, about 40% lower compared with the record high set in the same month two years ago at $4,150/tonne CFR Asia, according to ICIS data.

As offcourse the advantage is that the slack is at location there is already some reduction in cost and freight. As commodity prices are declining I will use 1,500 USD per ton for the sake of safety.

2 mil * ,25 * ,885 * 1500 makes 664 Million USD that otherwise would be regarded as junk (or building roads).

The calculations is conservative and offcourse does not regard expenditure but give as a good idea of the size. Also Fancamp intents just to license the technology (so no disasters like Argex). Its hard to put a value on it.
The advantage is that more parties are interested.

On the Magpie Deposit, I heared that Pangang is fully aware of the Magpie Deposit itself and of the fact that Hydro Quebec is currently constructing major power dams and access roads in its vicinity. This interest could be developed further down the road but right now all interest is concentrated on the "Magpie Process" and its potential.

Maybe somebody has some experiance with valuation licenses?
