It would be nice if you could/would expand your commentary.

What can be done? not much from where I'm sitting.

What have they demonstrated? Incompetence? I'll do his job for half the salary, I can be incompetent also.

Try to do their own thing? which doesn't seem/ to be too much.

These are my own opinions.
