Been awhile since I checked in on FNC.

Recent news reminded me of this thread.

Also, I remember talking to Fouad at PDAC a few years ago. He told me then that people at FNC were working on credit and supporting themselves with other jobs. Peter denied this when I asked him.

A few Qs later, the financials showed money owed... 

Point is... take management response to the lawsuit with a grain of salt.
