When the company taking over a cash poor company is cash poor itself, more often than not, its payment is not in dollars (or mostly dollars). Payment in shares of the resulting reborn larger new company is the usual (and better) way the deal is done. 

At the very least, our long wait will be over (for old age to take its final toll and relieve us of our terrible burden). It's addition by subtraction. Left on our plate (if we can continue to bear waiting) will still be the mountain of Titanium at Magpie with worldclass total resources worth (arguably) billions.
