Looked at the recent MD&A and F/S for CIA. on SEDAR dated Feb. 14, 2018

Everything is on track with a start up of March 2018. All things flowing smoothly.

30 tons done during licensing/checking all o.k.

This is an easy triple, probably more IMHO, but there are those out there that continue to play games with stock. Probably trying to maximize thier holdings.

The proof will be in the pudding in the next little while.
