6. Postive grab samples from the properties accumulated this year

But you are modest about it, saying “There are probably more positives that I missed.”
On my end, I will modestly add my own suggested Number Seven.
It neatly fits in with your name, “EyesOpen,” because it’s hiding in plain sight.
