Hello Tony.

Even though animal welfare is a serious matter, at this point,
whether or not the cows are going hungry is not my primary concern.
Nor do I sense that cow pastures are first on your To Do List. 

As you do, I also question what’s very near to the top (but not the absolute top itself).
For the sake of argument (and more than that), let’s say Smith knows
how to go about exploration or knows how to sign on to promising venues.

His real problem is communicating with the Shareholders or, for that matter, 
even caring to communicate with any identifiable source of investors. As Bob Granger 
(the so-called Chairman before The Revolt of 2012) put it to me (more times than I can count),
“He doesn’t pick up the phone.”

Also (using great imagination), Smith managed to pick a board of directors similarly deficient.
In my previous message (of a month or so ago), I posted a broken link in this regard. 

I’ll give it another try (as follows). What I said nearly six years ago still applies.
