I would suspect the following:

1. Maybe Magpie process didn't work, needs to be re-thought/re-worked. Does he still have his position with Magpie or is he only with FNC. More clarity needed.

2. Boots still on the ground ... they can't find anything?

3. That the golden parachutes still exist for Fouad and Debra as they are still management/officers of FNC.

If it wasn't for bad luck I wouldn' have any luck at all.
