Of course I'm certain that we've all considered that possibility...that  this is a mutiny {actually a "(wo)man overboard"  rather than a mutiny} based upon Mr. Smith's puported autocratic style. I actually considered that they may have resigned due to their dereliction of duty (by proxy and by ommision)  with regard to the selling (fiasco)  of our holdings (SX and then CIA) , or due to a combination of both issues. ..but it may be due to entirely different and independent personal  issues; although , Occam's razor suggests that the simplest explanation is the most likely ...hoping that the simplest explanation is something altogether different ..i.e. that CIA has decided to take the reins of the company , and that the directors saw the writing on the wall and stepped aside for the good of the company (and to the potential benefit of their own stock options/holdings) ...

Of course , that razor should be quite useful when applied to my beard which has turned grey as previously mentioned ...step down already, none of us are getting any younger !!
