Nobody said they resigned to oppose Smith, I believe what was posted was that there is an ownership issue with Magpie Process. I believe more than one entity claims ownership of Magpie process ownership. I believe there was an NR stating that no funding if Magpie process. Someone fell asleep at the switch...or helm.
