I’d like to suggest the possibility that the resignations from last year weren’t a mass exodus to oppose Dr. Smith, but rather the opposite. Perhaps he heard your concerns and also shares your frustrations, and maybe he felt the need to start looking for new people? It looks to me like Enrico Di Cesare may be a replacement for Dr. Fouad Kamaleddine. They both work in the same field of expertise. Dr. Kamaleddine didn't seem to accomplish much, but Mr. Di Cesare has been able to organize this massive BCMP project. Isn't this what we all want? People who actually do things beyond talking?

He oversaw Operations and Technology for Argex and work closely with its consulting teams at GENIVAR, BBA Inc., Met-Chem and Process Research ORTECH. He has more than 28 years of experience in metallurgical processing, steel production, equipment sales, human resources and mining. During his career, he has been based at operations and office in Canada, the USA and Russia. Mr. Di Cesare has worked with in the past include GENIVAR, Severstal, Danieli Wean United, Hatch Operation and Training Services, Hoogovens TOA Inc., Sammi Steels, DOFASCO and Noranda. He has been a Director of St Georges Platinum and Base Metals Ltd. since September 28, 2015. He holds a Bachelor of Engineering, Metallurgy from McGill University in Montreal.
- Dr. Fouad Kamaleddine, Ph.D., P.Eng. has been Vice President of Research & Development at Fancamp Exploration Ltd. since October 26, 2012 and had served as its Director from October 30, 2014 to September 27, 2018. Dr. Kamaleddine provides engineering consultancy in the field of mining engineering, geo-material design and metallurgy. He served as a Director of Fancamp Exploration Ltd. since October 22, 2009 until October 25, 2013. He served as Director of Northern Platinum Ltd. since November 14, 2008. He is a professional Engineer in Ontario. He has taken professional courses in project development and project management and estimate during his years of graduate studies at the University of Toronto and Queen's University.
