I have some reservations about your comments

If you do not remember this is the same guy (Peter) who sold a lot of SX in around the $0.50 level but failed to capitalize on the  price increase to well over $2: This is also the same guy who sold 3 mil shares of FNC for $1.12 well below the $1.40 he could have got for the CIA shares. This is the same guy who several years ago showed the Chinese the benefication process for titanium, the Chinese probably had hidden cameras and stole the technology.and have been using it for the past 3 years, 

And there have been many other screw-ups by Peter.

The value of FNC cash wise is somewhere between $12-17mil depending on the sp he sold, Don't expect anything from FNC until Peter is gone, that is why I am out now.
