Hi Eudai,

This is a stellar post. Thank-you and congratulations on your gains. I know most of us are enjoying the upswing in the market!

Let me say I’m certainly not trying to tell you how to trade. My only point was that the sale of our Champion shares captured a nice gain and that isn’t so bad. People sell investments too early all the time. If Champion goes to $10 this year you may not be so pleased you sold your shares in the two’s either. :)

I will agree that our company could be better promoted. But what I have noticed in the past year, is that we’ve seen some interesting changes. Dallas Davis is now on our board. Enrico DI Cesare is a FNC manager. Our website has been updated and improved. Blaine Webster, in addition to partnering on some of his gold claims has done some promotion. So we have new people involved, and these all seem like positives. Some of the people who were players in the past are gone. Perhaps management has heard some of the criticism after all?

I also don’t think our potential has eroded, but to the contrary it has increased with new added ventures.

I probably should have come on less strong in my opposition to the prevailing point of view on this board that management sucks, and Dr. Smith should leave. I don’t mean to offend anybody, and if I’ve done that I apologize. But the negativity just bugs me. I found after several years I had to speak up. I don’t see it as helping. I’ve reviewed the writing in this forum, and I’ve seen what’s been done, and to my mind it hasn’t accomplished anything. It’s frustrated people, and likely scared away investors. That hurts all of us. I get that folks who are holding FNC for long periods of time and not benefiting from their investment are frustrated. Hopefully the wait won’t be too much longer. I truly think that if the information on this board was positive and supported management we’d all be better off.

As an aside, you mentioned that if the ROF opens up we will do well. Interesting that Blaine Webster did a post yesterday specifically about the rof and Eagle One deposit.

Best to you as well,
