Peter Smith is a 'lifer' CEO that all the experts warn against investing in - he's proven it time and time again.  He's the first to admit he did not stake the claims for iron ore and it was Granger who negotiated the deal to get 10M shares in the first place.    I learned my lesson early on with how incompetent mgt can mess things up.    Had 10M shares of Champion and he's burned through half of them and started the selling wth millions of shares way below market value.  Where's the value he created? Where's the focus?  Imagine the 25-30M now in the till if he held the 10M shares and used his previous adopted strategy of spinning off properties in exchange for cash. He seemed to kiss that strategy goodbye. Maybe now would actually be the appropriate time for a share buy back, but he opted to do it when he barely had any money.   Is that not ridiculous?   He agreed with me that CIA would easily be going to 3$ a share so why sell? And why so many? What have we gotten for it?   He is not interested in growing the company and wants it only as a 'junior' and to make sure he gets paid.  It's a fricking sad reality.  He's allergic to success and I do not know of one discovery he has made.  Not one in all 'promising' properties that he's staked and paid sums of money each year to keep in good standing.   His properties rotate every fricking year more than a menu at Denny's.  And where's the board in all this?  Oh yeah, there in his pocket because no competent board would sit by this nonsense and back him as CEO.   It's incrediby sad how FNC shareholders have been fleeced by what could have been an easily different trajectory for this company if he knew what he was doing.  The only reason why we have legs is because O'Keefe was a fricking magician with Champion.   He was our lifeline that kept us going.  Sadly that will end soon if Peter keeps blowing all the shares. 

And he did dilute the company.  From 25M in 2008 to 150M+ 12 years later.   And he has a 7-8M market cap so not a lot to boast about because i'd say that's pretty damn close to defunct as you can be and we are probably headed there.

I'm sure how everyone else in the last few months have seen gold juniors fly.  Oh but not FNC sadly.     This will only fly when Peter moves aside and brings someone else in to run the company.
