I would love to know what happened.  It doesn't seem related to health/medical reasons. 

I recall ongoing lawsuits against the company including Lafleur's dismal.   I wonder if how those were resolved.  Any chance a judge found Fancamp/Peter guilty and part of the fine is that he would be his dismissal?  Perhaps a confidentiality agreement to not make it public to save face?  That's just pure speculation.  And just as i write that i realize he's still a director so that's very unlikely I suppose. 

I just see no other reason why this happened and can't seem him being pushed out.  Why now? 

O'Keefe would be a dream.  Unlikely but that would be crazy. 

I did unload a small amount of shares a while ago and it was higher than the bid and i was almost certain there was an automatic buyer.   I do think someone has been steadily accumulating and I cannot understand why Champion has not bought us out already.  Especially if they want to become a diversifed miner down the road and have access to ROF.   Our 5M shares or whatever we have left is less than our market cap.    

My other thought is that the resignation does not kick in the change of control severance pay which was a ridiculous amount.  

So i find it quite mysterious and it will be curious who runs the show or if there is a bid coming soon....
