So far as new management, your guess is as good as mine (if not better).
So far as old management, purely based on the odds and the likelihoods and how these situations usually play out in the boardrooms of the world, my one hundred percent pure guess is that someone on the board wanted Smith out and the others went along.
I have no way of knowing this. Of course, I could be totally wrong. It's entirely possible the reasons the company gave were truthful (and incomplete). What I imagine is purely a consequence of my observation of the history and the developments at other companies unrated to Fancamp.
