maybe I am missing something, but why would CIA want to make a move on FNC? they can just wait for FNC to slowly release their CIA shares into the market to fund their salaries and buy them back in the open market. I understand that would be at a "premium" to the discounted valuation in FNCs balance sheet. but would they really want to bother with the rest of the mess and distract their management attention from their own thriving business? wishful thinking in my opinion. unfortunately.
