I imagine that Ashwath Mehra's actions with GT Gold will be very conveniently  swept away ..I don't follow GT Gold but I see that a PEA was meant to be released in Q1 2021...so it seems that  $GTT shareholders are being offered a 38% premium  to the weighted 20-day average..( Rothschild & Co is acting as advisor to the Special Committee of GT Gold.) .It would be interesting to learn how their longstanding retail  shareholders feel about this deal
