Personally, I have never made any negative comments about any of the Directors. I recently sold my St-Georges Eco-Mining shares for a reasonable profit (Mark Billings is the Chairman).

With regards to the exchange ratio in the FNC-SZM merger agreement, I am not satisfied with the valuation given to Fancamp shares. Not knowing exactly how the calculations were made, it seems like the valuation is based mostly on shareprice trading average and not much on the value of assets. ... And I think it is fair to say that FNC shareprice has been undervalved some some time.
