Fancamp Reports Investment in NeoTerrex; Up 5.6% in Early Frankfurt Trading

09:27 AM EST, 12/23/2021 (MT Newswires) -- Fancamp Exploration Ltd. (FNC.V) on Thursday reported investment in private rare earth elements company NeoTerrex Corp.

The company said it entered into a subscription agreement with NeoTerrex as part of an oversubscribed brokered private placement of about 46.8 million common shares at $0.10 per share and 5.6 million flow through shares at $0.125 in the share capital of NeoTerrex.

Under the agreement, the company has subscribed to roughly 8.9 million common shares at $0.10 of NeoTerrex, representing about 15% of the issued and outstanding shares of NeoTerrex after the closing of the offering.

The company's stock, which rose 4.8% in Canada yesterday, gained 5.6% in early Frankfurt trading on Thursday.
