Question is why should I buy.

I mean I see a lot of positive posts and I see on their website they have lot of good potentials.

But compared to NOT they are devided over several projects. This is a good thing but what I'm normally looking for are companies with a single source project which in the end will be "eaten by a bigger shark" (hoping it does not end like now with NOT).

So if the ROF becomes "hot", FNC can sell their land holding within that region and that will give an uptick of the stock price but that's it?

Or am I missing something?
