At PDAC I discussed with Paul the possibility of Agoracom helping with Private Placements (PP).  I've asked this question before, but I want to revisit it.

I have a number of shares in Noront Resources (NOT), which is a company that works with Agoracom. 

1) If NOT was to consider a future PP, would present investors be able to work with Agoracom to purchase PP shares?

One of my Agoracom friends wanted to know about "tradable warrants".

2) Is Agoracom considering "tradable warrants" when working with its clients and their investors (like me)?
