One of Agoracom’s purposes is to provide a place where people can gather to discuss different opinions. Someone who disagree with what another member has posted, only needs to give his own opinion by replying to the post. I believe there is always a way to disagree respectfully and to have constructive discussions. I think that the « Thumbs down » system would allow people with wrong intentions, to manipulate other people’s opinion without exposing themselves publicly.

I do not know if this has been discussed in the past but I would like to take this occasion to ask the group what you think about the idea of adding a counter that would show how many different members have read a post.
