Here is a list of features that would be really nice to have:

1. RSS feeds for favourite hubs
   
2. Mobile/lighter version of Agoracom for blackberry or other mobile devices -- even a text based version would be better than nothing but and html version would be very nice
3. Counters for the number of unique views on posts
   
4. Basic reporting for the number of users in a hub and their rank etc.
   
5. Option for email alerts when someone replies to your post
6. Ability to move posts to the off-topic area with an indicator (either with an email to the user or placeholder where the post was that says "moved to off-topic" - just for hub leaders to see)
7. Ranking system for posts rather than basic thumbs-up recommendations (possibly a 5-10 star rating or at least have the option for a thumbs down with a count as well)

I believe these features would greatly improve the functionality (with the exception of the ranking system and reporting, those are just nice-to-have options). I have several other suggestions if anyone cares to hear them but those were some of the more important ones for now.
