Being a HL is board specific only and always has been. If I flag a post at EDIG for example, only other HL's on that board only can view ir, process either way, or let Agora handle it.

Only Agora can view all manage violation tabs.

Same is true of a banning.

What apparently you are unaware of and excuse my comment if not, anyone can access this HL Forum. Don't let the name of this hub fool you...there is a Google link to this forum by design.
