I suggest that you send this information to George and the management team. I would also send a PM to JJJ and enquire as to what exactly he is complaining about and why he is hitting the violation button so often. If his behaviour continues you couild ask that he be banned. You might also enquire as to just what his purpose is on your Hub since he does not seem interested in adding anything to the ongoing discussion.
