Had admin done what was suggested, not allowing votes until reaching a treasurer status, malicious acts could not happen. Unless ones posts to accumulate points, voting is out of the picture. If a member never posts, they can't be banned except bu admin. If a new member has multiple alias and does not post, the IP check tool is worthless.
