Message: Re: Complaint to AG

Hello Everyone.

We'd like to thank you all for your messages and for your messages; be it posted on these discussion forums or sent to us by email. To begin, kindly let us explain why we haven't been able to provide first class service over the last 2 weeks. Our community director was away attending some urgent matters, and much of the interaction with members of the community fell on the shoulders of our business development and account management staff. As you can assume, these people have their own defined roles, or, would lack the insight to engage in the day to day issues of interacting with a broad and vibrant community such as ours.

Our CD returned yesterday and is burning midnight oil trying to put out as many fires as he can.

Before we go any further, we'd like to break up this message in to three parts, to keep us from going off on too many tangents.

1. Copper Fox Metals

As recently as September, we have warned members to NOT engage other members in manners which they themselves would not condone. Sadly, we see that the community has erupted and multiple provocations have been posted in the last 15 days on the message board. While we understand that it will take some time and effort on our end to make amends, kindly consider this a final warning regarding acceptable posting behavior.

DEROGATORY COMMENTS TOWARDS OTHERS - Calling another member an idiot, clown, stupid, dumb, moron or ##x%x# for brains is strictly prohibited.

The Copper Fox discussion board is to be used to discuss related topics only. It is not a complaint department; it is not the space to express your distaste or insult another shareholder; it is not a place to SPAM. There are many new investors, brokers, analysts etc. visiting this forum. Keeping the board on topic is of vital importance and beneficial to everyone.

Going forward we ask you to keep your messages succint and on topic. If an issue arises with another member, get in touch with us and a moderator will assist you. If you have sent us a message in the last 2 weeks, please send it again, and explain to us how we can help.

We'd like to assert once more that it is futile to waste your time with any member who appears to be deliberately disrupting the discussion forum. Focussing any attention on these members only takes up valuable time from focussing on your investment fundamentals. We appreciate your right to disagree with others, but spending your time belitling each other only serves those whose interest is to HARM Copper Fox.

Once again we would like to thank the Copper Fox Members for writing to us. Your messages have not fallen on deaf ears and we are here to lend a helping hand and help everyone get on the best we can.

2. Ratings and Ranks

AGORACOM ratings and ranks system is comprised of two parts - your activity within AGORACOM (posting messages for example) and your member rating (out of five stars). Our system then multiplies your total activity points and your rating which in turn will define your rank within AGORACOM.

Since your ranking points are calculated by two variable numbers, in turn, your rank within AGORACOM fluctuate from time to time.

As DISCHINO mentioned, our automatic system promotes members who have a rating of at least 3.7 stars and have completed 2000 activity points on any shareholder community HUB.

For the greater part, this rating and ranking system serves the Community well, as user's get to chose who merits more authority. However these "rules" are both mathematical and objective.

If anyone would like to be a HUB Leader, write to us. We'd be happy to hear why you would be a great HUB Leader. We would love it more if you actually can get an existing HUB Leader to write to us with them recommending you being a HUB Leader. If you have already written to us in the last couple of weeks, please write to us again. As mentioned, we are working hard to bridge any gaps that have been created in the last two weeks and we are here to lend a helping hand.
