I had private messaged recently about this issue.

There is a hubleader in the Copper Fox forum whose avatar reads, "Let's see how many overly-sensitive pussies I can offend today." I find this kind of avatar derogatory, inflammatory, and disrespectful. Importantly, it diminishes the credibility of the entire Agoracom forum. It's absolutely incongruent with the culture of sharing of ideas that we are trying to build. It also suggests that hubleaders are allowed to get away with certain behaviours while rank and file posters are held firmly to the six rules of engagement.

I would like this post to stand as a formal complaint and ask that you address this straight away.
