You should send a PM to George and the Agoracom Managers detailing your complaint along with the name of the HL who has that avatar. I checked the HL list on CUU and did not see it. Perhaps it has already been removed. I personally feel that HLs have a great responsibility to faithfully abide by the six rules as well as not letting personal opinions interfere with their judgment concerning such issues as banning and violations.
