Some take the task of monitoring to the extreme. In my experience the hubs are more productive and pleasant when policing is relaxed. My breaking point is when members attack, name call and put each other down. There's no reason for that and it could be eliminated if each of us would take responsibility for our own investment decisions and be more tolerant of opinions different than our own.

In defense of the over-zealous, much goes on behind the scenes to bring about a banning or post deletion. As you know, with responsibility comes all sorts of crazy interactions.

I've often wished that Agora could implement a system of peer review for hub leaders.
