The white paper implies no heat and a guy at the AGM specifically asked if that was indeed the case however Clifford dodged the question and mumbled something about changing testing protocols.
So my question : Is it normal for a capacitor of the type tested to run without any heat production ?
If they usually don't produce any heat and this one doesn't either then that's fine so why wouldn't Clifford just say that ?
If they usually do produce heat then shouldn't there be a test done for that and if so did ITK report that and if not why not ?
