Hey Picoahole, Your pal Rud Istvan wrote a chapter in his book titled Arts of Truth documenting EEStor's fraudulent EESU patent.  Why don't educate yourself by purchasing the book so you can understand why the patent is a FRAUD.  If you cannot afford to purchase the book ask your pal RI to send you one.

As an EEScam shareholder ask Con Weir why he did not sue RI for defamation of character, hehehe? 

There is also documented proof con Weir attempted to defraud USDOD, AFRL, and SANDI with his fruadulent EESU story but failed.  When Con Weir was directed to submit a sample for testing he LIED stating he lost the samples.  That is a reply of a typical con artist LYING!
