Mr. Savoie has been involved with various aspects of mining exploration for the past 20 years and is currently president and director of several public and private companies. From 1985 to 1991, Mr. Savoie was Quebec\\\'s Minister of Mines and from 1991-1994, Minister of Revenue and held several other portfolios.
MARC-ANDRÉ LAVOIE M.Phil, M.Sc (Montreal) :

Since July 2006, Mr. Lavoie is the principal of an investment fund active in commercial property and private equity in North America and Europe. He was Director in BNP Paribas \\\'s interest rate derivatives business, based in Montreal and was previously with BNP in London and New York and with the Bank of Tokyo-Mitsubishi.
He is a graduate of the St Francis Xavier University and holds masters degrees in Finance and Economics from London School of Economics and Cambridge University.
MICHEL LEMOINE LL.L, Ing (Montreal) :
Engineer and lawyer, founder of Pellemon, V-P and CEO of industrial division of SNC-LAVALIN, now working in arbitration.
Mr. Lemoine serves on the Board of several public and private companies and is involved as arbitrator in formal arbitration procedures. Mr. Lemoine is a member of the audit committee and is secretary-treasurer of Gastem.

JEAN-ANDRÉ GUÉRIN, M.A (Quebec City) :
Mr. Guérin has been consulting for Gastem since early 2007 providing assistance in the planning and execution of the exploration programme, landholdings development, partnership agreements and contract management. Mr. Guérin has over 30 years of experience in the oil and gas sector and he held several senior management positions. He was Vice-president / Director Hydro-Québec Oil & Gas from 2002 to 2006 and Chairman of the Québec Energy Board from 1997 to 2002. He was also Executive Director of the SOLIGAZ Consortium and Vice-president development of SOQUIP from 1981 to 1993. He has also served on the boards of Gaz Metropolitain and Gaz Inter-Cité Québec.
Mr. Guérin holds a Master\'s degree in economics from the University of Ottawa ( 1973 ).

Geraint Lloyd, MPhil, BSc (hons) Geophysics
Mr Lloyd has been working with Gastem since April 2006.
He came to us after 8 years working as a geophysicist and marine geologist in the offshore seismic survey and upstream G & G sectors. Mr Lloyd has been involved in numerous major exploration and oilfield development projects worldwide, since graduating with an MPhil in Marine Geophysics and Geotechnics, from the University of Wales, Bangor - School of Ocean Sciences in Menai Bridge, UK.
Mr Lloyd has extensive experience in the North Sea, Caspian Sea, Angolan shelf, Arabian/Persian Gulf, Egypt and Indonesia.

Jacques Perron
Mr Perron has 30 years experience land management in Quebec hydrocarbon and mineral exploration. His knowledge of the basins and the legal framework relating to activity in the province, have proved invaluable on many occasions.

Mr. Cole has extensive field and project management experience, gained most recently as the CEO of Strike Petroleum. Mr. Cole also worked in a field management capacity for Halliburton in Alberta and is specialised in the management of Oil & Gas drilling operations with a particular expertise in well completions.
Analyst – Exploration
Stephan Séjourné, Ph.D. Geology
Dr Séjourné was recently awarded bis PhD from the INRS-ETE in Quebec City, having completed his thesis on an in-depth study of the geology of the Appalachians of southern Quebec, with particular focus on the hydrocarbon potential of the Foothills thrust sheets. He joined Gastem at the beginning of 2007, in order to aid in the development of the Yamaska Shale Gas Project and is currently involved in the development of the company's exploration programs throughout the north-east.
