1. Red Lake MINE Ontario, Canada

Red Lake mine is Canada’s largest mine situated in one of the most prolific mining camps in the world. It is the world’s richest gold mine and Goldcorp’s largest producer.

2. Porcupine MINE Ontario, Canada

The Porcupine mine, located in Timmins, Ontario consists of three operations; Hoyle Pond underground, Parmour open pit and Dome underground as well as a central

milling facility. The properties have produced more than 16 million ounces of gold since production began in 1910.

3. Muselwhite MINE Ontario, Canada

The Musselwhite mine is an underground operation which started commercial production in 1997 and by 2001 it had exceeded its mine plan producing over one million ounces in just 4 years.

4. Wharf MINE South Dakota, USA

The Wharf mine has been in production since 1983 and functions as an open pit gold mine and heap-leach operation. Closure has been progressive with reclamation of previously mined areas. Further exploration and drilling have resulted in extending the mine life to 2010.

5. Marigold MINE Nevada, USA (66.7%)

Marigold mine is a run of mine heap-leach operation that commenced production in 1988. The mine was transformed from a modest, conventional milling operation into a large and extremely efficient heap-leach mine. Marigold is a joint venture with Barrick Gold Corp.

6. San Dimas MINE Durango State, Mexico

The San Dimas gold-silver deposit is one of the most significant precious metal deposits in Mexico, situated in a large and productive mining district. The San Dimas mines are underground operations primarily of cut-and-fill mining.

7. El Sauzal MINE Chihuahua State, Mexico

El Sauzal is a low cost conventional open pit, oxide milling operation that commenced production in December 2004. In 2007, El Sauzal was the largest gold producing mine in Mexico.

8. Los Filos MINE Guerrero State, Mexico

Los Filos consists of two open pit mines sharing a common heap leach pad, wet plant and ancillary facilities. Commercial production at the mine commenced on January 1, 2008.

9. Marlin MINE Guatemala

The Marlin mine is a conventional milling operation with a combination of open pit and underground mining. Marlin is one of Goldcorp’s lowest cost producers.

10. Alumbrera MINE Catamarca, Argentina (37.5%)

Alumbrera mine, which produces gold and copper, is one of the largest mining operations in the world. The operation is a joint venture partnership with Xstrata (manager of the project) and Yamana.

11. Éléonore Development Project Québec, Canada

The Éléonore deposit is a major gold discovery in the James Bay region. It is a unique and significant property in what Goldcorp believes to be a promising new gold district in North America.

12. Dee Development Project Nevada, USA (40%)

Dee continues to exhibit good potential for an eventual mining operation. The project is a joint venture with Barrick Gold Corp. as the operator.

13. Peñasquito Development Project Zacatecas State, Mexico

The Peñasquito property is one of the largest undeveloped precious metal deposits in the Americas. It comprises of two main deposits: Peñasco and Chile Colorado. The first gold was poured from the oxide circuit in May 2008 and mill start-up is scheduled for 2009.

14. Pueblo Viejo Development Project Dominican Republic (40%)

Pueblo Viejo is a 20.5 million ounces proven and probable gold reserve, where Goldcorp’s interest represents 8.2 million ounces. The project is a joint venture with Barrick Gold Corp. as the operator.

15. Cero Blanco Development Project Guatemala

The Cerro Blanco property is considered to be a classic hot springs gold deposit with typical bonanza type gold mineralization. There is a possibility of developing an underground deposit which would have potential operating synergies with the Marlin mine.

16. EL LIMON DEVELOPMENT PROJECT Guerrero State, Mexico (21.2%)

The El Limon project consists of a series of skarn related gold deposits located 15 kilometers northwest of the Los Filos mine. Teck is the manager of the project.
