Here are some numbers to make us appreciate even more the great reporting by our friends which I thank from the bottom of my heart for sharing their great experience!!

Current Sharefloat:82M Shares+4M options+9M warrants=95M shares fully diluted right now. The latest financing if overallotment is fully subscribed is 22M shares +22M warrants for a total of 139M shares out fully diluted. Sasha said he expected the over allotment to only half fill so we could take out 5.5M shares and warrants, but let's leave it at worse case scenario, because I know I will be increasing my number of shares I originally told Sasha I would take in this PP and I believe others may as well.

Apparently Tislsey has opined that we have a real potential for 5-10M ounces, let's use 5 to stay conservative. Gold ounces in the ground by a non producer are usually valued between $30 and $50 from a report I read by Cannacord but cannot find this morning. Someone should try to confirm an average value for ounces in the ground for the Quebec province as this will help in getting a better idea of value. For our case again, let's use worse case scenario $30.

At 5M ounces at $30, we have a MC of $150M, which would give us a share price of $1.08 per share. Current PP at 18cents gives us a ROI of 500%. But, now if you are in the PP, you have to add the full warrant at $0.25 which would be a 324% ROI, this one with no risk as you would not exercice your warrants without a good profit. So now, let's be even more conservative and cut this in half, we are still looking at a 400% ROI in total for those buying shares in the PP, 250% for those buying in the open market. The risk factors are what time frame will it take to prove this up. What is the PoG going to do while we are proving it up? What will the speculation on this play do ot our share price? What if the drill results prove Tislsey wrong?

At our current share price and Market cap, I believe the potential rewards far outweigh the current risks that I can identify.

Larry, like I said, looking forward to your report as the ROI here can be quite dramatic and life changing!!

Glorieux
