90 miilion shares outstanding

PP will add 44 million shares dillution (with 100% warrants filled)

This is almost 50% for $4 million.

Funding is key, but this seems a bit steep.

No clear discription in the NR of what the sell restrictions will be either.

I am puzzled. Help me out.
