Mr Hoel is the ex president of GNH who was removed by a majority of shareholders. I think he is unhappy about being removed and probably needs money so he sells the only asset he can. If it happens to hurt GNH, I have a feeling that it does not bother him much. As for being an insider, he is not privy to any of the goings on right now so his selling is not a sign of how the company is doing at all.
