The financings are not "shenannigans" and any shareholder can participate.

although this round of PP is oversold you can call the company and ask to be put on the list for participation and they will contact you at the next round.....if there is one.

You can be part of any pp of any company if you wish. It's a very simple proccess and you get a chance at half or full warrants.......which can pay off in a big way. Just call investor relations of whatever company you want to be involved with and your in with the big boys.
