I'm not going to bother them with it again but this guys said something like the most they would do is 5k copies and not every issue and that the places they insert them depend on what is in the issue.

Like for example, if it was a pipeline or oil focussed issue - prob distribute in Alberta. ROF? Prob Ontario. Bellechase or Val D'or? Prob Quebec. Shooting cans off a fence? Prob Saskatchewan.
