Max options allowed for management to dole out dropped from 20% to 10%....huge.

Potential for this company...huge.

Glorieux, you are not the only one that is super pumped for this company - you have at least 1 more in me.

Lots to share, and its all good and long story short is...we are almost 'there'.

I really am looking forward to not feeling like a crazy person.
