New Discovery Resulting in a 20KM Mineralized Gold Belt
1km.
The width of their claims is approx 5km but the geochem at Timmins is smelling gold up to 1.3 km and is open in both directions.
The interesting part is that I believe the highest amount of VG found in the Timmins area was from where they had a weak signal from the Geochem. This tells me that Geochem is very relevant, but only down to 200m. If we could peel back 200m and do another geochem we may have an entirely different set of results!
By the by, I think todays NR is the best one I have ever heard in my short stint as a small cap investor. As I was saying to a friend this morning. One company I have some warrants with sent out a big flashy press release that they had drilled 3' into a high grade gold vein and received over 100g/t assay results. 3 feet!! I could have bought a drill bit at Depot and gone further.
This strongly lends itself to the 'theory' they have been unable to DISPROVE that this is indeed a belt of mineralized quartz. It's not quite 'nuclear' because I don't think it has the flash, but the significance of this NR cannot be understated.
Only shame in my books is that this came out during the G20 week and all of Bay St is at home pretending to work.
Candido is now armed with some quality information to grab the attention of the analysts. As the drills have stopped for 3 weeks, I doubt that he will.
