New Discovery Resulting in a 20KM Mineralized Gold Belt
Interesting thought on dilution,
I was involved in a company with a PP a few years ago. We also had a quick sharp increase in value with warrants outstanding.
The CFO had a clever way to raise funds and reward early financiers........For every warrant that was excersised immediately the warrant holder would get another half warrant (above market price) for a later date.
In context to GNH, it would mean that all warrants outstanding.....for....say ...25 cents or less, that a holder would cash up, they would recieve a new half warrant ....for, lets say $1.00 for two years. This gets all outstanding warrants off the table and in the float and creates a new warrant base above market.
If I'm not mistaken our last financing has a condition that permits exiting fananciers to match their previous position in any future PP's so as not to dilute their position.
My only point in all this, is that we will need cash in the near future, and having a plan to capitalize operations early on makes forward planning a lot easier.
Best of luck to all the great shareholders of this great little company. A special thanks to management. You should all be very proud of what you've accomplished.
By the way, if some of you are visiting the site in July and are meetting in Quebec city for dinner, are you bringing your wives? if so, my wife and I would love to meet "the Gang" for a bite.
