Hi Can't
An Iceberg order is where a buyer or seller doesn't wish to tip the market off to the extent of their purchase or sale size. Not unlike an Iceberg the seller/buyer only shows a limited number of shares they want and the balance of their order is hidden. Usually it is used by strategic or professional traders trying to accumulate a larger amount without letting the general market know what is happening. Most services don't show iceberg orders to the general public. Stockwatch does, so that is why i subscribe to them as well as my regular trading service.
hope this helps............Carry
ps. I'll post icebergs as I come accross them, to keep everyone up to speed if you guys want?
