Golden Hope Mines Engages Resourcex Group for Investor Relation Services (ccnm)

TORONTO, ONTARIO--(Marketwire - June 24, 2010) - Golden Hope Mines Limited (TSX VENTURE:GNH)(PINK SHEETS:GOLHF) is pleased to announce the engagement of Resourcex Group as a strategic investor relations consultant to the company. Resourcex Group is 100% controlled by Mr. James West, publisher of The Midas Letter. Resourcex will focus on developing and expanding Golden Hope Mines' communications with the investment community through a comprehensive investor relations program.

Resourcex will be paid a monthly fee of $5,000 for professional services for a period of 12 months. The agreement with Resourcex Group is for a 12 month period, which may be extended with the prior written consent of both parties, and may be terminated by either party at the end of any quarterly period. Resourcex Group has been granted 100,000 incentive stock options exercisable at a price of $0.53 per share, for a period of two years. The options shall vest and become exercisable as to one quarter of the number granted on a quarterly basis over the ensuing year. Should both parties extend the contract beyond the initial 90 day trial period, Resourcex Group will receive an additional 100,000 options at a fixed strike price to be determined on the 21st day of November 2010, for a period of two years and will vest and become exercisable as to one quarter of the number granted on a quarterly basis over the ensuing year.

This agreement is subject to acceptance by the TSX Venture Exchange.
